I think Forever 21 really has some cheap stuff out there right now that's really cute. I recently got 6 pairs of sunglasses for only $1.50 each from their site. (I might have a slight obsession with sunglasses) But their spring clothes are starting to come in, and nothing is really more the $30. Plus they have some of the cheapest basics.

I need new clothes for spring too . Forever 21 is awesome and they just opened a new one close to me. The only reason I don't shop there often is because I'm the worst at putting together cute outfits . I'm not really a fashionista and never know whats flattering for me. But I love love love their accessories :)

Forever 21 has a lot of cute clothes! And I find it intimidating, too! I'm not great at putting together outfits, either. My only concern with Forever 21 is whether their clothes are well made or not. I've heard that they aren't very well made, but I'm not sure. I haven't spent much time there! =)

Either Forever 21 for some cute clothing. However you should know that after a few washes, some clothing from F21 kinda turns crappy. Another place is H&M, which is much better organized and has much more variety. :)

There are so many places to go shopping for affordable spring/summer clothes. Some of my favorite places are H&M - which has an amazing collection of clothes when it comes to diverse personal styles; Nordstrom Rack - don't let "Nordstrom" in the name deter you away, they have some amazing deals, tank-tops as low as $7.99, and all are great brands; Express - at times shopping here can be expensive, but the key here is to use the coupons they send out weekly and dig through the sale boxes. Aside from retail stores, and if you are up for an adventure, check out your local consignment store (i.e. Goodwill), these are usually hit or miss, but you can definitely get some gems in these stores, and for CHEAP. Best of luck on sprucing up your wardrobe for the summer. :]

I personally love Ross, it's great if your budget is on the lower end of the spectrum, or if you just love a great deal.

I love going to Ross, Marshalls, and high end Consignment Shops! Always walk away with loads of great name brand clothes for only a couple hundred.

TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Nordstrom Rack for great, fashionable, QUALITY clothes. H&M, Forever 21, Old Navy for fashionable clothes that might not last the whole season.
